Hey Folks! After reviewing some more, this request seems more focused on an app that clients would download to their devices. We're actively working on expanding our client-facing functionality, but we're going to start with a mobile-friendly browser experience before building out a mobile app. You can follow along on our progress for that client functionality here.

And see the number of vouchers on file. And update their credit card on file. Transaction history, edit contact information, etc.

It would be great to have the ability to send a client a form independent of booking an appointment. This could be used as a specific one-off waiver or agreement of terms. This would be perfect for something like a membership sign-up and agreement.

This would be such a quality of life improvement for staff. We currently have to double-book a session so the payer's information is on the schedule. Then we have to go to the front desk screen and combine the tickets and then remove the client who was not receiving the service. After it has been checked out we have to then cancel the appointment for the client who did not receive the service. That's five extra steps to check someone out. This is also extremely confusing when training new staff.

In the checkout window it would be nice to have an area where you can have an existing client pay for another client's session. As an example, if there was a surprise massage booked and you didn't want them to pay for it we could have the option to link another clients payment info, or search for the client's name that wants to pay. Sharing payment information in general would be nice (sharing packages specifically).

It would be nice if we could link grouped appointments when booking the same way client booked group appointments are linked.

When a client books a grouped appointment their guest has a note you can view on the calendar that they are "the guest of ..." but the person who booked the appointments has no indication that they have a guest with them. This has caused confusion with employees on multiple occasions, especially if they are arriving separately.
