Ability to add a note when adding account credit or a voucher to someone's account
When manually adding account credit or vouchers to a client's account it would be nice to have the ability to add a note to describe why they're being added. Sometimes they're due to previous circumstances or customer service, so adding the reason would be helpful for questions in the future

I was running into this issue today. You can make a Note, yet it doesn't show in Notes in the Order tab, nor does it show when you click the Current Balance, nor does it show when you click View History, nor on the Order Number. The only place to view it is click on the History. Then click the down arrow and it will show the actual note. It's super confusing and counterintuitive. Please fix.
