An error occurred while saving the comment Daly Wolfe commentedNow that we're likely to have to get clients to acknowledge that frequenting the salon is going to have an inevitable level of risk, despite all sanitation precautions we undertake, I wondered if there would be a way that a box could be checked upon online appointment booking that makes them acknowledge this. This would help circumvent them signing waivers etc on site. All salons will have to have some form of release so it makes sense we have a universal one.

Would like notifications every time there's a reschedule, not just cancelled, to have visibility on what's going on in the studio/client behavior

We don't even need the ability to swipe a card as most or our clients have a payment method stored on their profile from online booking. Really just need to be able to checkout clients from the professional app using the card on file. If later there's a way to also swipe a new card that'd be great to have eventually

I had three people each picking a different service that required a resource. One of the resources that one person picked was unavailable as it was scheduled off due to the fact that it is out getting worked on. When I hit the next button I did not get that the one service was not available I got that my whole order was unavailable.
Would be great if the text would call out for availability instead of just nothing available. There were 6 total bookings and just one thing was not available so it said nothing was like we were booked out all day.

Currently, clients only come up in the Client page Refine search after their appointment has been completed. Would be great to filter upcoming appointments by custom dates.

Would be great to have an auto-response to let them know staff is with a client or away from the desk and will respond soon

Would like a way to block off hours for certain treatments i. e. always 9AM - 10AM for Treatment A, then 10:15AM - 11:45AM for Treatment B if we could attach the treatments to resources and then block times on the resource calendar that would help resolve the need

If we could attach these Treatments to resources and then block times out on the calendar we'd be able to better optimize the daily schedule

An error occurred while saving the comment Daly Wolfe commentedPrinting a staff's schedule currently requires many steps that are cumbersome when staff repeatedly want updated printed schedules. Shortcuts used to have the ability to print the schedule from the Calendar page by clicking the staff's name, one option was to view that staff's schedule and you could click print in the dashboard (no need to download).
Because of COVID we need to add sanitation time to the end of each appointment, but if it's tied to the service then you could potentially be adding 30m -1h of unnecessary transition time to a stylist day and cutting down on availability for bookings
