Setting to Require time blocks to be approved by an admin or manager

Have the ability to restrict employees in certain privilege groups from blocking their own schedule on set dates or date ranges.

Some staff, like assistant managers, are able to approve and apply time blocks for other service providers, but still need approval for their own and should not be able to add blocks to their own calendars. Creating separation in privilege settings (similarly to how we can with creating ones own/other providers appointments) would help address this.

Not all employees should have the ability to add or edit blocks, and having this as an option in the privilege groups would be super.

IT would be nice if different privilege groups could have different restrictions for blocking out, how long they can block out and when they can clock in.

Don't want staff to be able to block time on their calendars on their own.

It would be nice to allow only certain stylists to block out time in their books and not *ALL*.
i.e.- Directors, Masters and Seniors should have the ability to do so. But Junior Stylists should not be able to do as they are a level that does require managements approval for any BLOCKED time.
This will allow us as managers/owners to have better control over availability with our stylists.
