We have one new client intake form and the second half contains questions that must be completed at every appointment. Currently, we split the content into two forms so the latter half can be completed every time, but we'd really like to be able to keep all new client requirements in to a single form. This means we'd need the recurring form to be set to send at the second appointment onward to avoid duplicating

Some staff, like assistant managers, are able to approve and apply time blocks for other service providers, but still need approval for their own and should not be able to add blocks to their own calendars. Creating separation in privilege settings (similarly to how we can with creating ones own/other providers appointments) would help address this.
