Forms: Additional parameters on when to send
Currently there's only 2 options when to send forms, on the first appointment or every appointment. If there was a way to also add more time ranges. This would be good since we are a medspa and having all the clients sign new consent forms would be important.
If we can perhaps add "First appointment + On the first of the year" or something like that!

Right now, you can only have the form you built either at first appointment or every appointment. We have a scenario where we would want the client to fill out the main intake form on first appointment only, then the 2nd appointment and one they would fill out a smaller form to indicate more if anything has changed since their last visit so they don't have to fill out so much every time they come in. We have to have both of these forms attached to the service so on the first appointment they are presented with both, which is dumb and confusing as they are basically filling out both a new and current client form.

We have one new client intake form and the second half contains questions that must be completed at every appointment. Currently, we split the content into two forms so the latter half can be completed every time, but we'd really like to be able to keep all new client requirements in to a single form. This means we'd need the recurring form to be set to send at the second appointment onward to avoid duplicating

Our previous solution had options for DO NOT SEND WITH or SEND WITH ONLY ONCE or EVERY VISIT - it'd be nice to get more flexibility with how these forms send out to ensure we're only requesting information we actually need

Currently there are 2 form send options. 1 - send form for 1st appointment. 2 - send form for every appointment. We believe it should have a 3rd option, "Send form for ALL BUT 1st appointment". For example, an intake form is sent to a client for their 1st visit, it can be rather lengthy... on every subsequent visit the form could simply be "nothing has changed since my last visit". This currently does not seem to be an option. Ideally, instead of creating a 2nd form for subsequent visits, the form "settings" for a given field could simply be a check box of "send only with 1st visit" (...and omit with subsequent).
