I have our cancellation policy written out and available to sign in Forms, which I happily pay an add on for. But if I can't require it at the time of booking and clients miss it in their emails or ignore it, it serves no purpose.

Now that we're likely to have to get clients to acknowledge that frequenting the salon is going to have an inevitable level of risk, despite all sanitation precautions we undertake, I wondered if there would be a way that a box could be checked upon online appointment booking that makes them acknowledge this. This would help circumvent them signing waivers etc on site. All salons will have to have some form of release so it makes sense we have a universal one.
