An error occurred while saving the comment Sophie Guattari commentedYes, in accounting we need invoices! As it is now we have to email ar@blvd.co to get our invoices. This should not be our job.
Please have a PDF attached to the charges so we can have our invoices. OR automatically email them when the charge occurs.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sophie Guattari commentedAgreed with the idea and all these comments, a client just told me " the system assigned me to someone", others say I could not cancel my appt, so they call us. We also have clients who say they gave up booking online because they cannot go back, or clear their choice etc... There are a LOT of negative comments on the online booking. We end up having to either text or call some new clients to confirm their stylist choice or if they do not request anyone in particular.
Additionnally, it would be great if they could name who refrred them to us.

YESSS, please give us the option to copy an appointment and paste it, instead of creating a new appt, having to type the name, etc.... I don't understand why this has not been done when the software was created! It is badly needed!
Entering 1 new appt is tedious enough, try 5 of the same, when you have clients waiting to check out!
