  2. A lot of patients schedule an appointment with a different email address, and it creates a new profile even though the phone number is the same. I wish the system would recognize that the phone number is already in the system and confirm with the patient whether or not they are new so that we don't have to merge client profiles as often.

  3. For patients who do not wish to leave us an online, public review (Google, Facebook, etc.) and who do not wish to receive their receipts via text or email, we would like a link that we can text them, allowing them to give us direct feedback in BLVD.

  4. Duo should link to mobile app or allow tap to pay on mobile app like Square features. Square allows you process the entire transaction from their app and its quite easy/helpful.

  5. Would like to be able to book multiple appointments from the booking window on different days to set up consistent plan of care. I am able to select 6 different sessions, but it will not let me finalize a booking that's not on the same day.

  6. Display a pop-up notification when a client books multiple appointments on the same day. We've had instances where clients schedule with different stylists on the same day, and we don’t realize it until it’s too late. Or at least have their scheduled appointments listed when creating an appointment on the schedule

  12. Language choice when booking with auto translate. Ask client when checking in w/ phone number what language is preferred, assign an automatic tag or rule to distinguish client's language spoken/understood and automate translation of forms and documents in the chosen language

  14. Appointment times should not adjust themselves when adding items- such as bar items. Appt times should only adjust if manually adjusted, as when this happens it messes up all merged items/appt times associated with the guest's service.

  15. Would be nice to see future sales for that given month, my other software was able to calculate what the sale would be for that month based on appointments. This was helpful for team goals.

  16. The iOS update shows resources on the calendar. The resources show up any time that "is working" is chosen for staff, even if you don't choose any resources to show. The resources should only be enabled if you choose them or choose "is working" from the "all" menu.

  17. Can we update the cancellation dashboard so it’s not restricted to a single date view? Right now, it defaults to one specific day, and I have to click through each date individually. Ideally, I’d like it to support multiple pages that allow users to continuously go back in time—almost like an infinite scroll or paginated history.

  18. Option to turn off and on the price in any form of text or email confirmation. We sell things in singles and multiples and patients are getting confused if they typically purchase more than on on why the price is higher than the text said it is.

  19. Allow an option for providers to see their own ratings without having to give them permission to other admin privileges. Also allow providers to see their own so they can reply to them, without them seeing rating that aren't theirs. It would be nice if the specific provider could receive notifications when they got these reviews as well!

  20. Ability to mass/automate opt-in marketing permissions for email and text. Mainly email is most important.

    Feedback " I paid extra to migrate my client lists and that should have been something I cleared before I signed up with boulevard. It seems to me most of the software companies are designed for new businesses, leaving us established businesses , always having to adjust and figure out how to keep up

    I already had my clients opted in when they booked years ago and the client should not have to keep opting in because I changed software"
