visual Data Reports: Graphs, Pie Charts Etc
I came from Vagaro and they had easy to read visual data charts. I am a visual person and numbers/text are hard to read. Having easy to read Data such as graphs, pie charts is ideal for business to see the numbers easier for visual people.

Each employee should sign off or initial when making changes to the schedule
We can't keep track of who is making changes, making appointments or cancellations so sometimes its hard to determine who the client spoke to. I know we can sign in and out every time but our office has one desktop we all use to check clients out and logging in and out is not realistic for us. There needs to be some sort of initials or sign off when doing anything to the schedule.

Client Notes: Add surgery section
Client Notes: Add surgery section, better yet- add custom tabs so practices have flexibility. Allow linking to forms/charts.

Use either email or cell phone number to schedule an appointment.
Allow clients to login to the the scheduling system (https://dashboard.boulevard.io/booking/) using their phone number.
Currently, the client must enter their email. However, they can manage their appointments using their cell phone number or email. (https://blvd.app/@mossandblack/login)
Some clients (mom's and their children) share a cell phone number in their profile. Mom cannot schedule an appointment using their child's profile.

Record reason for voiding a voucher
Require a reason to be entered when voiding a voucher on a client profile. These should be reportable too.

Sandbox Option to Help Plan Schedules
It would be great to have a feature where there is a sandbox mode or "fake" employee profiles that we can add to the calendar view to help plan and build schedules. As a salon with only a certain amount of stations available seeing profiles on the calendar helps me visualize and plan who I can put where, and when.

Membership Upgrade Options
I have an issue with the memberships:
We have a leveling system with estheticians where they can level up and their price goes up. Our memberships include levels 1-3 staff for the monthly price but if they pay additional $20, they can book with an advanced esthetician. Right now, we have to add an upgrade fee at checkout, but it isn't clear to the client when booking their appointment which service provider is included and which is not. Our advanced estheticians are not on online booking right now, would love the option to put them up online for the membership…

Add phone conversation note to chart without having to book appointment for note option.
When I call a patient and want to document phone conversation I cannot do it without booking an appointment for the patient.

On client facing booking site allow stylist to upload example pictures of the service
Allow clients to see example photo references of salons/stylist‘s work when booking an appointment right on the service booking page

On the main booking page list service name and starting price and allow client to click in to see further price breakdown

It would be helpful if you were able to add a 'service' to a ticket when checking out a sale/client ticket
without having to physically create an appointment on the books -- for ease of checkout but still showing up on the reports as a service

add provider choice under recommended products
When a client purchases a product you can select who gets the commission/sold the product. The same selection for the provider under the product recommended products would be useful. If the client comes in weeks later or on the providers off day, it can easily be accounted for who gets the commission.

Audience Filter Based on Spend
Blushington would like the ability to target their top spenders without having to use the added step of tags. If we could have an audience filter for overall spend & product spend over a time period that would be ideal.
