  1. Receiving alerts within a 4 hr window from when the stylists starts their shift would be awesome. They don't want the online booking alert on for everything because they receive a ton of messages from it. If we could have it for just a certain time frame it would be very helpful.

  2. We have had multiple issues where a confirmation text is sent and the guest never replies. We then send a different message and if they reply with a "yes" it confirms the appointment and hides the text message. We then don't know that they replied to our question.

    Any text sent from the business after a confirmation text should cancel out the confirmation system (possibly with a warning that we need to manually confirm the appointment)

  5. The beta report filters for services only include the first 50? services offered. My list stops at the letter "F" I wanted to see information on Olaplex services, and I am unable to filter to them because the "include" filter stops at F. Please allow us the full capacity for filtering these reports.

  12. Right now if a client has multiple accounts and they don't make passwords for one account but did for the other email, we have no idea which one should be the primary to merge. Also we have no way of knowing what emails are tied to accounts

  17. a service provider would get paid a flat fee per treatment and that fee can be different for each treatment. It would not be a commission (% of service). This was brought up with a consulting firm that works with Spas only
