  1. There should be a tab at the top next to "Manage, Marketing, Calender, etc" for products/services where it tells you the price of all products and services. Kinda like a search bar at the top.

  2. It seems like clients can only purchase gift cards online. Is there a way to generate a printable gift card in office when a client is present or calling over the phone?

  7. An "end date" for memberships would be so helpful instead of just setting a cancellation date. (Most of our clients sign a contract for a 1 year commitment) The option to "auto renew" for clients that want to continue would be amazing as well.

    If we could make the membership page clearer it would be incredibly helpful. Charge dates clearly labeled, with which date they redeemed the voucher that is connected to that charge date.

  8. With our previous software, service providers were able to view their client's reviews from their app. We miss this feature and it is time consuming to share the reviews from the main spa email.

  9. When the system is set for HIPPA compliance it auto logs you out after a certain time but it should reset to the log in screen -

    1. Because (most importantly) all the client information is still visible on the open screen and therefore not truly protected

      1. It is incredibly frustrating when you are working on a chart or back end experience and then you realize you have been logged out and none of your work is saved.

  11. I'd like to promote certain stylists with special offers so an option that allows us to pick the stylist that the offer can be booked online would be great. Right now i have to make a special version of the same service and only have the stylist I want to have the special active on it.

  14. It would be nice to send laser appointments pre-treatment instructions, as well as other services. Because each service requires different instructions prior to treatment, I cannot add this in to 'client instructions' otherwise every patient would receive the exact same text even if they were not coming in for that specific appointment.

  15. when clients are wanting to be on waitlist for a certain employee, it should tell the client the employee's hours/ what days they work so they don't put themselves on the waitlist for a time or day they are not here.

We are offering annual memberships that include a set of services over the course of the year, 4 of 1 treatment, 6 of another, etc. Currently memberships only allow us to include monthly services as vouchers. It would be so helpful if we could set how many of each type of service they are allowed during the course of a 12 month membership.

  17. The ability to change the frequency of perks separate from the membership frequency. For instance, I want the patient to be build monthly for a year long membership and have a perk added to their account every 3 months.

  18. Currently, referral credit is awarded based on individual orders so if two clients are combined into one order, the referring client will only receive credit for one client. Clients should receive credit for all clients, regardless of if the new clients appointments were combined into one order.

  19. Currently, only "Business Manager" or Admin user groups can deactivate/reactivate employee profiles.
    It would help streamline operations to allow non-Admins to perform this function while not needing to have access to ALL Business Manager privileges.
