  3. PLEASE change packages so that you do not have to add an additional incentive as in a perk or voucher to the already discounted package! You can not SAVE a created package unless you add a perk or voucher. Please address ASAP and thank you!

  4. There are required consent forms for underage clients, so it would be very beneficial and reduce potential errors to be able to manually add a form to an appointment via the API if the client's age is under 18. Otherwise, it must be manually added upon checkin or checked ahead of time by a Hello Sugar employee to send out, which could be missed.

  5. There should be a tab at the top next to "Manage, Marketing, Calender, etc" for products/services where it tells you the price of all products and services. Kinda like a search bar at the top.

  11. An example the Blvd Duo was off line and we could not take credit card payment it would have been nice to be able to send the customer an invoice of what was owed.

  12. An "end date" for memberships would be so helpful instead of just setting a cancellation date. (Most of our clients sign a contract for a 1 year commitment) The option to "auto renew" for clients that want to continue would be amazing as well.

    If we could make the membership page clearer it would be incredibly helpful. Charge dates clearly labeled, with which date they redeemed the voucher that is connected to that charge date.

  13. When attaching products to services (Botox, Filler, Tips etc.,) there should be an option to attach multiple products to a service AND adjust the set quantities to customizable amounts in stead of only whole units. Sometimes we need to attach .5 or 1.5 to services rather than 1 or 2!

  14. When the system is set for HIPPA compliance it auto logs you out after a certain time but it should reset to the log in screen -

    1. Because (most importantly) all the client information is still visible on the open screen and therefore not truly protected

      1. It is incredibly frustrating when you are working on a chart or back end experience and then you realize you have been logged out and none of your work is saved.

    1) disable automated receipt emails
    2) have more control over which types of transactions trigger a receipt, for example, to turn them off for pre-payment deposits.

  17. I'd like to promote certain stylists with special offers so an option that allows us to pick the stylist that the offer can be booked online would be great. Right now i have to make a special version of the same service and only have the stylist I want to have the special active on it.

  20. It is EXTREMLY important to be able to have accurate inventory for patient documentation and business reports. Having to add a different product for 1/2 syringe doesn't solve the problem because the inventory count will be off. You could add 1/2 syringe and click twice for a whole, but this would cause an extra step in changing the pricing which will be a nightmare for management. The other EMR companies that I have worked for in the past start the count at 0.1 instead of one - should be an easy fix.
