  1. Gift card sales are counted as income when the gift card is sold. When the client redeems the gift card, it is NOT counted as income again — it is only a form of payment. This needs to be corrected in the reports and summaries. It makes it look like the gift card was purchased again as a sale.

  2. We have open carts where people owe us for products/services but slipped out the door because the desk was busy. I am now taking the info from open carts, typing it into a Work document template and mailing the statements. Having the ability to track open carts and create/send invoices would be a game changer for Boulevard and simplify out lives!

  3. Like an EMR, the client name, age, allergies, or any specific notes should be on the demographics banner, even when your documenting in a chart. Most clinicians type a patient age first, and you need to come out of screens to find it then go back in,

  4. Make blocked time viewable on the app. Why do I have to go to the desktop to see my full schedule including appointments and blocked time? Makes the calendar on the app kind of useless if you can’t see the full day

  6. when patients arrive it will be nice to have all there information and previous visits and notes from last visit . A simple print out for each patient with this basic information and what there here for the day of.

  8. For monthly memberships we offer a few one-time complimentary services as part of the membership, and it was great that the free perk was automatically added as a voucher to their profile. However, the issue is that the system is currently adding the free perk every month, when it should only be applied once at the time of sign-up.

Why can't we see all booking activity like a "booking history" section that shows all activity (new appointments booked, rescheduled appointments and cancelled appointments) for the entire clinic and have the ability to select a date range as well. This is available on Aesthetic Record and I'm surprised Bouelvard does not have this feature.

  11. It would really improve our provider workflow and ability to audit their client orders if there was an Order column on the Schedule screen. We also need the ability to select a date range on the Schedule screen rather than just seeing one day at a time.

  12. When clients check in to be able to put in how many minutes/ vouchers they are going today, then we just have to check out on our side, When they put in their information pop up with what service they are there for, then how many minutes, and what they have left if possible?

  13. Right now, it appears that the ability to edit products, SKUs, services, and other operational settings requires granting “Manage Business” access through the gear icon. The problem is that this also gives the staff member access to areas they should not control, including the ability to edit permission groups and potentially change their own or other users’ privileges.

    For our practice, this creates a real internal-control and security issue. We need to delegate operational setup tasks to trusted managers — for example:

    Creating and editing products
    Adding or editing SKUs
    Managing inventory-related product details
    Creating and editing services
    Updating service…

  14. For before and after photos, an app or a place in the app, so that we can take pictures and they automatically upload to the gallery with a ghosting app so the before and afters are perfect.

  15. I know there has been work on text notifications, but I would like to include more flexibility. Including adding at least 1 more notification about an upcoming appointment via text. I would also like the ability to push this text out 7 days prior to the appointment.

  20. If someone calls and wants to purchase a membership, we don't have a way to send them a link to complete, or send them the agreement to sign. We have to direct them to the website to do it themselves, and we all know if they have to go out of their way they are less likely to do it on their own. Can we have it to where we can complete it for them after it sends them the agreement to sign so we can make sure it gets done? I hope I explained that right. It sounded right…
