I think that having E-prescibing, Lab ordering and the ability to access a full CRM with texting and calling through boulevard would make it fully an all-in-one system. with access to the mobile app to receive texts and calls as well. These three things are really what the aesthetic and wellness spaces need for a seamless system. Also google reviews sent to patients, not boulevard does no one good if you can't see them!

  4. We would like to receive real time feedback during the check out process asking clients for a rating 0-10 on how likely they are to recommend our business to a friend. Review/confirm checkout > Leave optional tip > leave rating > completed checkout.

  5. Sometimes my staff will not change the length of time alloted for each client, they go with the standard service duration. For better scheduling and utilization tracking, is there anyway the software can automatically reduce the time it took to complete the service once it's been checked out?

  8. When a customer is checking in and enters their phone number, the arrow button at the top should turn green, so that they don't move forward with entering their email address, as it begins to confuse the customer and trips them up, Every Single Time!!!

    This would be an input via type: OrderPaymentCreateInput
    through field: method via type: OrderPaymentMethod

    Currently, only ACCOUNT_CREDIT and CARD exist as options.

  10. I'd like to download services, client lists, and price lists to Excel. It would be much easier to see the bigger picture for yearly planning and price increases if I could view all the data on one page rather than opening each service individually for each stylist. It's tedious and a huge time suck.

If a client normally receives a monthly facial as part of their membership but isn't able to come in for 2 months, they should be able to take those 2 unused facials and upgrade to a higher level facial. For example, the membership provides a monthly Signature Facial. But, the client hasn't been to the office in 2 months. The value of the services owed equates to that of a higher valued facial (Hydrafacial for example). They should be able to "swap" the 2 unused facials and the system should be able to "pick them up" from the client's unused…

  14. Make customer service available by phone 24/7! We pay $300 (at least I do) to not be able to call and get some questions answered is a little crazy. I wanted to open a new account for a new location and I have to wait 4 days to speak with someone? My schedule changed and I missed the scheduled call. Now I have to wait until next week? I have a report I have to pull up that just won't show me accuracy. It means I have some settings on wrong so now I have to type out my issue…

  17. We currently have to use an external system to show staff their schedule one month at a time, meaning we have to create the work schedule twice so staff can see their shedule days with an easier view. Being able to let them see what days they're assigned from a calendar view would be very beneficial and time efficient.

    It also helps staff booking appointments in the future to know when everyone is available.
