  1. Boulevard does not allow memberships (including recurring membership renewal charges) to be assigned to a specific provider. This prevents accurate provider production tracking and reporting.

    Membership charges are processed through the membership billing system and apply directly to the business, but there is no way to attribute those charges to an individual provider.

    Requested Enhancement

    Add the ability to assign a provider to a membership so that both:
    • the initial membership purchase, and
    • all recurring membership renewal charges

  2. It would be really helpful to have an option to pull a report listing all current packages with pricing and voucher details. Like a quick reference "master copy" for staff to refer to for pricing. I have staff that are part time and sometimes need to look up pricing (especially on items we don't sell a ton of).

    We can do this with services, but not the packages our services are in. It doesn't make sense not to have that option.

  4. I would like a report that shows invoiced and paid services and products including taxes for the month. Currently, it does not let me filter out credits that have not been applied to services which shows incorrect income

  8. Essentially we sell time! It is super important for us to be able to plan and budget knowing how many hours have already been reserved in an upcoming time period versus how many hours are available. This information is critical for us to track our growth and plan for the upcoming month with budgeting as a team based salon!

  9. currently when exporting a beta report you have to save to keep your customizations to exporting. It should export as is without having to save.

  10. When Pulling up the Products Sales Report, Packages are Included. If they are a retail Package I can understand but Service Packages do not belong in this report. Yes, we can exclude each one but not the entire category which is time consuming and clunky, which leads to errors.

  12. To better evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of our marketing efforts, we recommend the creation of a comprehensive report that consolidates key performance metrics for specific campaigns or promotions.

    Currently, the available reports lack several critical data points, making it difficult to assess which initiatives are truly driving results and where adjustments may be needed. Having access to these insights is essential for making informed, data-driven decisions moving forward.

    We propose a report (or a reliable combination of reports) that includes the following metrics:

    Total revenue generated (attributed to the campaign or promotion)

    Number of bookings tied to the campaign

  14. Account credits are not currently assigned a location when they are created. This can make location-level liability reporting of the account credits difficult. Having the location where the account credit was created would be helpful for reporting.

  15. Currently, the Discounts & Offers report exporter has a limit of 1,000,000 rows. For larger sets of data, some rows will be missed entirely creating gaps. Having the ability to select a specific date range would reduce the overall size of the report and allow full exporting.

  17. I am looking for a report that shows appointments that were on the schedule and NOT billed. This would be an "end of day report" to ensure all clients and appointments were checked out appropriately - even if it is billed out at $0.00

  19. I would like you to add additional fields to the Reports. Specifically related to cancellations. It would be great to see # of No Shows, # of Cancellations and Reschedules so I can add them to the report I pull.

  20. Reports should update immediately. I'm trying to run a commission report after updating some invoices and the chat told me it can take 2 hours to update the information. That's ridiculous! Updates should be in real time with a refresh
