Reports with Actual Patient Names and Service Names, NOT ID
Please create an Appointment Report with actual patient names, service names, rather than patient ID and service ID. (Information without actual name is pretty much useless. )
Aesthetic Record has this report called "Booking History" that shows all the bookings, rescheduling, and cancellation in one report, that was very useful for our operation. We don't miss their platform at all, but I think that something like that on Boulevard would be very, very helpful. Thank you for your consideration.

Front Desk Reports
I suggested notifications for the desk but it would also be nice for the front desk to be able to pull reports specific to their daily needs, that don't require them to have access to all reporting. We should be able to assign the reports to the front desk that we want them to see from all reporting options. They should be able to pull reports for any time period that show cancellations, online bookings, reschedules, form status, no-shows and cancellations fees. This would enable them to quickly access the clients that need action taken. It would also enable us…

Subscription report is incorrect/incomplete
When you run a subscription report, any client that has more than one subscription will show up blank. This defeats the purpose of the report because you then have to look at each client individually to determine their status.
As an example, if a client has previously canceled a membership, but started a new one, their status on the Subscription report will be blank.

Ability to view reports by members and non-members
Members should be properly categorized in Blvd in a way that allows for us to filter client lists and reports by membership status. This should include automated membership tags. EX: Attach a tag to a membership that will apply to a client when it's actively on their profile

Log of reschedules by service provider
a report I can pull with appointments that were assigned to 1 person for a particular day, even if they were later cancelled or moved to another provider? We are trying to find the impacts of a particular provider with excessive absences.

Traveler tickets that can be batch printed at beginning of each day
We urgently need the ability to batch-print complete Guest Traveler / Work Tickets for the entire day. Each ticket must contain full service history with pricing paid for at least the last five visits, all retail purchases, the current day’s appointment details, client notes, formula history populated from Vish, birthday and appointment notes, who booked the appointment, and a dedicated space to write down take-home recommendations along with the guest’s next-visit service plan and ideal timing. We are a multi-provider salon model where each guest may interact with several associates, specialists, and stylists in one visit, and everyone needs a…

Have a report showing how many appointments were booked by operators
Operator activity summary and report do not show appointments that were booked by each operator. This would be very helpful to see how much booking each person is creating.

Report locked down so providers can ONLY see their own commissions reports
Commission reports are wide open for everyone to see, this needs to be locked down by user account so they can only see their own reports. The App reporting is only a summary, we need detail! Provider A should not be able to see Provider B and C's commisssions.

reports filter
Currently services, staff, clients - all report filtering options will only populate a given service, staff, client if that person/thing falls into the selected timeframe. For example when running a package sales report, we cannot filter by all 5 of our chosen packages unless we have sold all 5 in that timeframe. We want the filters to be static so that we can select the services we want to see even if they haven't been sold in that timeframe.

Enable new clients as a filter in the report for each service providers retention
As a salon owner, the staff retention report should have an option to filter new clients per service provider. This would allow us to more accurately track how many new clients, versus existing clients, are returning to the salon.

Add "appointments scheduled" to the operator activity report
A metric to track how many appointments were scheduled (created) during the date range would be very helpful to know how productive the front desk was. It can be used to show a growth in front desk productivity in getting clients to rebook.

Adjust the booking flow to require a designation of REQUEST vs NON-REQUEST.
Adjust the booking flow to require a designation of REQUEST vs NON-REQUEST. Currently not required to book the appointment and it's easily overlooked in the booking process. This is an important KPI that we are missing accurate data on because of this flawed process.
