  1. To better evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of our marketing efforts, we recommend the creation of a comprehensive report that consolidates key performance metrics for specific campaigns or promotions.

    Currently, the available reports lack several critical data points, making it difficult to assess which initiatives are truly driving results and where adjustments may be needed. Having access to these insights is essential for making informed, data-driven decisions moving forward.

    We propose a report (or a reliable combination of reports) that includes the following metrics:

    Total revenue generated (attributed to the campaign or promotion)

    Number of bookings tied to the campaign

  2. Account credits are not currently assigned a location when they are created. This can make location-level liability reporting of the account credits difficult. Having the location where the account credit was created would be helpful for reporting.

  3. Operator activity summary and report do not show appointments that were booked by each operator. This would be very helpful to see how much booking each person is creating.

  4. Currently, the Discounts & Offers report exporter has a limit of 1,000,000 rows. For larger sets of data, some rows will be missed entirely creating gaps. Having the ability to select a specific date range would reduce the overall size of the report and allow full exporting.

  7. I am looking for a report that shows appointments that were on the schedule and NOT billed. This would be an "end of day report" to ensure all clients and appointments were checked out appropriately - even if it is billed out at $0.00

  8. We need a report to run the business appropriately. We want to know what offers are working! If an offer code is used we want to know if it was a new client or existing client and the revenue tied to the transaction where the offer code was used

  9. I would like you to add additional fields to the Reports. Specifically related to cancellations. It would be great to see # of No Shows, # of Cancellations and Reschedules so I can add them to the report I pull.

  10. Reports should update immediately. I'm trying to run a commission report after updating some invoices and the chat told me it can take 2 hours to update the information. That's ridiculous! Updates should be in real time with a refresh

  13. We need to see a utilization metric for a resource calculated the same way it is for the staff. We also need to be able to put business blocks on a resource to calculate utilization appropriately.

  14. Currently, seller changes look like a a return and new sale, or like an exchange. We have "Staff Change" columns available but they add 5-6 additional columns to a report and still change the "refund" and "sale" lines. It would be great to have better indications that a staff change happened within an order to distinguish them from true returns or exchanges.

  15. The Daily Summary Report (in the Report section) apparently only shows information for dates that a sale happened. This leads to missing and inaccurate data when looking at a specific staff member who may have had a full day that had no appointments booked. These days don't show in the report, which can lead to inaccurate utilization numbers (Hours scheduled and hours booked).

  16. Our memberships are based around account credit so they can be used for any service. They also get one free add-on monthly. For example: a gold membership cost $85 and the client gets $100 in store credit plus one free $15 add-on. BLVD is assigning the value of the voucher as $85 and changes the price of the add-on to $85 when redeemed. Making the voucher amount editable would improve the client experience (receipts are confusing) and accounting on the backend.

  17. On the Sales > Order > Purchase detail page, include a sidebar callout for the appointment date. This information is already attached through the hyperlink, but would like to see this without an additional dialog box. Allowing to filter by date on the Sales > Orders page would be an added bonus.

    Sometimes appointments are closed out at a later date for various reasons, and this would be helpful when having to investigate issues where this is the case.

  18. The booked forecast by staff report is super helpful for providers to see what their next few weeks look like, but they aren't able to see it without seeing all of the summaries. Please either make it individually shareable, or create the report in the report tab so we can have it sharable to them.

  20. We have a booked forecast by staff summary which is used to track appointment volume by provider at each location, but it's also important to know how many of those appointments are for new clients. this helps understand the distribution for the following week/month.
