Saved Signature Tweak
The new saved signature should not populate in areas for patients to sign. When I go to have a patient sign a consent in the office, my saved signature automatically pops up. It should only pop up for provider not the patient. Our consents are in CHARTS because we don't want patients to sign off on them out of office without our ability to review it in office with them.

Providers will need to complete charts before seeing the patient again- prompting the provider to complete charts in a timely manner.

Feature Request: Bulk Assign Consent Forms to Services
I'd love to see a more efficient way to assign consent forms to services.
Currently, if we want to attach consent forms to a service, we have to open each individual consent form and manually add the service from within that form. This becomes very time-consuming when managing multiple forms or creating new services.It would be much more efficient if, from the Service settings, we could select "Manage Consent Forms" and bulk select one or multiple consent forms to attach to that service. Chart
There should be an easier way to add charts to clients appointments in real time rather than having to EDIT the appointment. Ideally, from the client tab you should be able to add these.

Forms should be reflected in the patient's account and can be seen every time and not having them fill it out every single time they visit
So we are just new to this software and we have few ideas that we think might help in improving your features.
As for the Forms & Charts, we created Intake Forms for our business and have it filled out by our patients as they check in. Those intake forms are very essential and must only be completed once. My idea would be to have all the completed forms reflect in the patient's account not just on the day they filled it out but in the future appointments as well.2 votes -
Images Saved to Gallery from Chart
The face diagram used for charting saves a blank copy and the marked up copy every time we chart. We have to delete the blank one each time. It should only save the marked up version, not the blank one.

Ability to set a goal for charts completed by NPs, set by a manager or admin
This would allow a manager of nurses to establish a set number of charts that each nurse would need to complete in a given day or week, before submitted to the medical director for sign-off.

Partner with a Facial Imaging System
Parter with a company that has existing hardware like Visia or or Aura and allow it to map to clients charts. This would be ground breaking + offer BLVD users in the medical realm or even esthetics to capitalize on client photos with a win/win situation for BLVD + said partner.

Allow more granular form filtering on the schedule view
The schedule view is helpful but missing a key feature for us: The ability to separate forms and charts in the filtering. The main use is to see what forms and charts are not completed, but I cannot separate the two in the filtering.
Looking for which ones are completed fall into two main buckets for us: Before the day starts we see which guests need to complete FORMS.
At the end of the day we see what providers need to complete CHARTS.

Add more Auto-Fill options for the "convert to field" in forms
It would be great if we could have more field auto populate and display on the overview page or as scheduling alerts. such as "Has an Allergy - see forms" or "Medical Alert - See forms" for important statuses such as pregnant/breastfeeding, or on antibiotics.

We would like to suggest adding the ability to chose the font side on charts.
For some users, particularly those who are older or have vision difficulties, the current font size can be difficult to read and may require unnecessary eye strain.
