  2. Need to be able to set a date range under Schedule --> Form status: Needs review...instead of having to click through each date. Would save me LOTS of clicks and I could be sure I've reviewed everything and didn't miss one more easily.

  3. It would be extremely helpful to have internal-only forms — ones that are not visible to clients — so we can set up documents like medical authorizations with a built-in annual expiration date. Alternatively, if it's easier, enhancing the current chart functionality to include an optional expiration setting would allow us to manage these internal forms more effectively without exposing them to clients.

  6. It would be extremely helpful if, based on a client's age, we could set special parameters for them. And when that client turns 18, the system (using the Date of Birth in their profile) can automatically turn those parameters off.
    Implementation: When creating a form or chart, a toggle switch for "Underage Version", that allows you to change wording to parent/guardian signature and such, and maybe an option that forces the signature to be handwritten (thus allowing the business the verify if it looks like the parent actually signed and not the underage client).   7. Allow text boxes to be used on charting on images. Ensure the text box is "sticky" this will allow for cleaner unit charting for services such as botox and fillers. Handwriting between providers varies and the pin box causes too much chaos on an image. its not precise or clean. This would also allow for laptop charting to be more efficient. This is a med spa must.

  9. It would be helpful to be able to customize inactivity timeouts per individual employee. We had it set to 5 minutes due to the fact that we have 4 guest relations desks and there were issues with employees stepping away without logging out. We've now run into the issue where providers are charting, it times out, and they lose all of their notes.. It would be nice to set provider's timeouts longer than guest relations'.

  10. It is much needed that the free text in the paragraph charting to maintain the format it was written in when sending to print or downloading to send. All of the enter/returned lined merge together. It is imperative for our medical charts to have the enters/returns as it was written by the provider when downloading or printing.

  12. Be able to have an ADD photo button to the Before/After photos. Sometimes you have more than 3 for each and it would be more convenient to add photos vs. adding a whole new chart.

  13. at our med spa we have products for sale that require consent forms. this would be much easier if we could add a consent form, or any form to a clients profile WITHOUT having to schedule them an appointment. our schedules are watched by the company that owns us, so our schedules need to be as accurate as possible.

  15. It is confusing when you are creating a form and your option for "multiple choice" (which should mean one OR MORE). Instead this needs to be listed as choose one (or something similar). I now have to re-do ALL forms.

  17. What we really need is a way to ensure that, for specific services (like Botox, filler, microneedling, laser resurfacing, IPL, vitamin shots, mid-depth chemical peels, micro laser peel, dermaplaning, and sclerotherapy), a medical professional signs off that the client is medically cleared to receive treatment.

    We want this to be automated for the Medical Director to signoff on annually per patient.

  18. Create a library of forms/charts/phrases that people have created. Give them the option to add the form/chart to library to share with others. Create a button for others to share to the library so everyone doesn't have to build from scratch.

  19. I'd love to see some type of integration with fresh clinics for GFEs, consent forms and charting. We use fresh clinics for our medical oversight and were having to chart / consent forms twice. I think I'd be a great partnership for the two companies to have an easy work flow.

  20. Currently we are only able to see the date the charts are submitted, can we have a column for date of the actual appointment? Also maybe have a time stamp in the chart for when it was signed off on?
