  1. We have clients come in that speak many languages come to use our services and we want to ensure they fully understand the intake forms and liability release form they are signing. Would be ideal for clients to be able to select a language they understand when completing forms.

  3. Clients are asked if they consent to SMS marketing via online booking, however they could potentially also be asked in a new client intake form. This should also be able to update the consent within the client profile.

  4. Add a table or chart option for charts so I can see what i did every time i pelleted a patient or what dose of GLP1 was given each month vs having to look back at every note for this information. Easier to navigate note.

  5. Right now you have to upload photos one at a time, going back to your album each time to select the next one. It would save so much time to be able to select and upload multiple photos at once in a single step, similar to how other platforms handle it.

  6. It would be really helpful to have the ability to create a chart note without it needing to be linked to an appointment or form. Sometimes you need to document something outside of a scheduled visit and having that flexibility would make charting much more efficient.

  7. This is a post to advocate for better mark up options on patient charts! The current markup options are pretty limited. It would be great to have more color choices, the ability to add text boxes directly onto markups, and the ability to link products to specific areas on the markup. Product linking is a game changer because it lets you track total units used across a chart and can even auto generate a suggested price based on what was applied.   12. I CONSTANTLY LOSE PHOTOS!

    I work between my laptop and an i-pad while I'm with a patient. I copy my previous note when seeing a patient for follow-up, and then remove the old photos as I take new ones on the ipad (this helps me to take similar angles since the old photo is fresh in my mind).

    If I forget to close the note on my laptop, and take new photos in the note on my ipad, I will lose the new photos even after I have saved the note on my ipad and "X" out of the note…

I have only just been on Blvd for one month but the ability to see client Charts is really lacking and I can only imagine the time it will take to sort through Charts which is essentially our full patient visit history once I have a year or two on Boulevard. There is no where to see all Charts in one place and the fact that they are not tied to the appointment/service clearly visible anywhere (except History which is only on the dashboard) is also very concerning.   14. Why is there no way to send forms digitally?! My clients are not receiving there forms via email, and our for fill out went from 75% to practically 0. This is very frustrating considering every other system I have worked with has this option. This is a necessity to protect our businesses and not having this done before the client arrives wastes time.

  15. You should be able to sort the list of charts and forms to JUST show charts or JUST show forms. It is easy to mix them up when you are clicking back and forth between these.

  17. It would be great if we could have more field auto populate and display on the overview page or as scheduling alerts. such as "Has an Allergy - see forms" or "Medical Alert - See forms" for important statuses such as pregnant/breastfeeding, or on antibiotics.

  18. When we book a new client and enter all their contact information, the intake form makes the client fill out all of their contact information and address again making for a clunky and tedious experience for them.

  19. I currently operate with the idea that I am able to send forms to patients independent of appointments such as is the case with month to month follow up for telehealth weight management. I want to be able to send a patient a follow up form through their portal so that they can complete for review and is automatically tied to their chart. I was able to do this with my previous EHR which is a game changer for our practice. We do not have access to forms in any other capacity and so I am currently utilizing google forms…

  20. Allow for documentation of finer/thinner pencil lines. This will increase accuracy with documenting filler placement. The pencil lines now are very thick and it's hard to show details.
