  1. There are only options for monthly/yearly intake form expiration. Would be nice if there was a weekly option for our higher intensity treatments that we do not like a ton of time to lapse between intake form and treatment/procedure.

  2. boulevard needs to make a way for medspas to enter diagnosis codes and cpt codes. currently we dont even have a way to make that information show up in notes on a patient receipt.
    Patients that wish to send to an insurance company on their own have to have this information.

    You also DEFINITELY need a way to make a non global area on a patient receipt to add notes for the patient to see

  3. When creating/editing intake forms, it should also allow for service modifiers to be selected. When a modifier(s) is selected, the intake form will be sent to those clients. This is currently not doable

  4. We've noticed that the current signature and date entry fields on patient forms are not very user friendly, especially for our older clientele. Many patients struggle because:
    - the buttons and options are small and hard to see/read
    - there are multiple steps/buttons, which makes the process confusing especially for the signature part.

    it would be helpful if the signature/date section could be simplified and made more accessible - for example, large buttons, clearer instructions, and a more streamlined entry process. this would improve patient experience (many of them get frustrated and upset) and reduce time spent assisting clients with.…

  5. Allow for charts to have a preset tool (eg. pencil or pin) that is defaulted to when the chart is open so the provider can begin marking up the chart immediately without needing to first select their preferred tool.

  7. We need a way to see if patient charts have been closed. First a quick “lock open or closed” on the front desk page to see if charts are open/closed as well as a report showing open charts. This is super important for proper chart compliance.

  8. I want an option for the form to be sent out only to new guests. If boulevard knows which appointments are new guests it should be able to trigger a new client form for them

  10. When a form or chart is set to send for "All services" and new services are then created, those new services should be auto added to the forms and charts that have "all services" selected

  11. It would be extremely helpful to have internal-only forms — ones that are not visible to clients — so we can set up documents like medical authorizations with a built-in annual expiration date. Alternatively, if it's easier, enhancing the current chart functionality to include an optional expiration setting would allow us to manage these internal forms more effectively without exposing them to clients.

  15. It would be extremely helpful if, based on a client's age, we could set special parameters for them. And when that client turns 18, the system (using the Date of Birth in their profile) can automatically turn those parameters off.
    Implementation: When creating a form or chart, a toggle switch for "Underage Version", that allows you to change wording to parent/guardian signature and such, and maybe an option that forces the signature to be handwritten (thus allowing the business the verify if it looks like the parent actually signed and not the underage client).   16. Add a table or chart option for charts so I can see what i did every time i pelleted a patient or what dose of GLP1 was given each month vs having to look back at every note for this information. Easier to navigate note.

  19. It would be helpful to be able to customize inactivity timeouts per individual employee. We had it set to 5 minutes due to the fact that we have 4 guest relations desks and there were issues with employees stepping away without logging out. We've now run into the issue where providers are charting, it times out, and they lose all of their notes.. It would be nice to set provider's timeouts longer than guest relations'.
