DO NOT delete messages from a clients profile when their phone number changes
When a client changes their phone number , it erases ALL messages tied to that phone number. This is frustrating. Sometimes we refer back to past conversations for information, photos, etc.We are a med/spa office and rely on our system to keep track of all important info such as messages between client, Charting, etc. This would be the equivilent if all of a sudden medical carts went missing. Please fix this

We need the possibility to have the form in different languages, the idea is that boulevard used a translation service. could be integrating Ai or at least give us the option to create the form in English and create another one in other language, and the customer have the availability of switching languages. This last idea is is better so we ensure that the transaction is correct.

Attach forms in messages as client/patient are willing to give phone number rather than email.

Newly created services automatically added to forms and charts set to "all services"
When a form or chart is set to send for "All services" and new services are then created, those new services should be auto added to the forms and charts that have "all services" selected

upload date and treatment as the photo name
we created a before and after photos form. I would love for the photos to have treatment name and treatment date attached when they upload to gallery.

When duplicating a form create it as unpublished
When duplicating a form it auto assigns to all of the related services. It would be ideal if it is created as some form of unpublished draft. Most likely we don't want to assign the duplicate form immediately, this would allow us to edit the form and then decide when to go live with it.

Face markings delete all option
Add 'delete all markings' as an option on face treatment sheets.
Maybe delete all red, blue, green, etc? I like to leave pencil marks for my tox injection patterns to copy into their next chart so I know about where I injected last time. If they have filler, I will draw on using a different color, their injection patterns. Would be nice to be able to erase by color! It's time consuming to delete all my little lines, dashes, arrows, etc.

Added Photo Option for Lot and Exp Number Documentation
Add a photo option within the medical chart to document product labels. would save time manually entering the LOTs, expirations, product numbers, etc.

Can I create a standalone intake/inquiry form that lives at a public URL and creates a client profile without requiring an appointment first
We are a medical aesthetics practice running application-based model call programs where prospective clients comment a specific keyword on a post to apply for discounted treatment. When someone comments the trigger word we need Instagram to instantly DM them a short message and a link to a pre-screening application form hosted outside of ManyChat.
The core flow is:
- We post a model call on Instagram with a CTA telling followers to comment a specific word to apply
- Someone comments that word on the post
- ManyChat instantly fires a DM to that commenter with a brief branded message and a form…

Forms - Ability to reinstate a half finished forms
The ability for the front desk to reinstate a half completed form for the patient to complete, this, instead of starting over Even though we our forms with required fields somehow the clients can hit submit and marks it completed. This is frustrating to both client and front desk.

Adding form from service creation
when creating a new service, it would be much easier to be able to select the forms or charts that need to be attached to it from that screen instead of going out of it, finding the forms/charts individually, and having to go into each one and select the new service.

manage permission settings
It would be helpful if access to edit Forms & Charts could be controlled within the Manage Permissions section. Right now, this is only available in Settings, which prevents non-admin users from managing it.

forms automatically send out forms that have been updated
It would be nice that if we update a form it automatically will trigger clients to fill out the new form at their next appointment. Right now the way the system is we have to either manually add for each appointment or have the form filled out every time for each client. Also if you make the form expire it should trigger to have clients fill out an updated form.

Add automatic flag or reminder notification if a chart has not been completed by the end of the day. Sometimes i get so busy with my day , I assume I documented all patients but some slip through and i miss it. I know someone posted this idea in 2023,but we are in 2026 and no option has been added.
