move form from one client to another
When a client books for themselves and others, the forms all get put on the profile of the person booking. It would be nice to move that form to the respective client.

Feature Request: Ability to Rotate Photos in the Client Gallery
It would be very helpful to have the ability to rotate photos directly within a client’s photo gallery in Boulevard.
Sometimes before-and-after or treatment photos upload sideways or in the wrong orientation. Currently, there isn’t an easy way to correct the orientation within Boulevard, which makes reviewing and comparing client photos more difficult.
Adding a simple Rotate Left / Rotate Right option when viewing or editing a photo would make the gallery much more user-friendly, especially for practices that regularly use photos to document treatment progress.

add more photos to chart
We have a template for charts, but sometimes we need more photos due to the client/patient needs and we want this attached to the chart not just in gallery. Please allow chart to be customized in adding more photos when needed

Editable pins when using copy from previous
When copying tox pins from previous charts you cannot edit the pin, you have to delete old pin and make a new pin. If we can get the pins to be editable when copying from previous and filling out new chart that would be great!

There should be an option to lock patients charts that require a password to log in for those that have done sensitive procedures.

the submit button on forms is hidden on a mobile phone and makes it impossible to submit, can you move the button?

Updates to the Birthday field in Client Forms
It would be helpful if forms stopped people from using today's date for the Birthday entry field. I often have people enter today's date on forms when they are asked to enter their birthday. It would be nice if the form could recognize that it's not possible to be born today or even this month and be at an appointment.

Add an option in the client summary to export a single PDF of all of their information (including demographic details, chart, forms and photos) so that it doesn't have to be done manually one by one when another provider requests the records.

prevent staff from seeing EVERY form
I would love for my therapists to only see the service intake and medical form - not the client contact form. I have been asking for years for this.

In "Forms" in the appointment add "Mark as Complete" in the dropdown menu in addition to "Open in New Tab", "Print" or "Delete"
For clients that fill out paper forms and are then scanned and attached to the client profile, we would like to mark the digital forms as complete so we don't constantly see the forms reminder on their profile and appointment. Thank you.

Total units/amount injected addition on Annotatable images
On annotatable images, I would like a "total amount injected box" that adds together the number of units or volume of substance that has been charted on the image. This function is available on other EMR platforms, so it must be something that could be developed. The value of having that box automatically populate the amount that has been charted, is that it prevents injection volumes form being omitted or forgotten on the treatment image, which keeps inventory and record keeping medically accurate.

Sign off percent goal input
The sign off tracker is super helpful to understand how far along an MD is in their sign off to meet min requirements. Since these do vary by state, it would be helpful to set a goal at the location level that surfaces alongside the tracker. This would be a great reminder for the MD depending on which locations dash they are in!

There are times in between office/clinic visits there is a need to add a medical note, without adding it to the general note area on their chart for everyone to read.

When an appointment is booked for a specific product, including any add-ons, the system should automatically populate a note with the appropriate language and fill-in-the-blank fields in the chart, rather than requiring the nurse to type everything manually.

Updated Consent forms should not auto-assign to past appointments that are already completed.
When we publishing changes to existing consent forms for future use, Boulevard automatically reassigns the updated form to previous appointments that are already completed and checked out.
This shows as forms not completed for those past appointments (going back days and months) and makes it difficult for management to properly if past consents and records were properly completed.
Please only apply the newly published consent to future appointments or give us the option to apply it only to appointments that are not yet checked out.1 vote
