Copy from previous chart for applicable fields
Charts should allow copying from a previous chart for unchanged fields, rather than disallowing all fields to be copied over if one field (eg. multiple choice field) is updated or modified.

Display patient identifiers on charting forms
When opening a form or chart to document an injection or therapy, no patient identifiers (name, DOB) are visible on the form itself. Staff can't confirm they're charting on the correct patient until after the form is saved, creating a patient-safety risk of charting under the wrong client.
Request: Add the ability to display patient identifiers (name and DOB at minimum) auto-populated from the client profile — pinned to the top or side of the form and visible throughout the charting process.
This would be especially valuable for high-volume clinical settings like IV therapy where multiple charts are completed back-to-back.

upload date and treatment as the photo name
we created a before and after photos form. I would love for the photos to have treatment name and treatment date attached when they upload to gallery.

Be able to add in a standalone chart without an appointment
Sometimes I need to be able to add in a note or something like log in a medication received. We should be able to do that without having to create an appt

Completed forms saved to profile
For recurring guests save completed form to profile so they don't need to complete every time

The ability for units to be auto-calculated in charts. EX: SP entered 50 units using markup, and that is automatically added up in the chart so they don't have to do this manually. Bonus if the unit total on the chart can then be automatically applied at check out.

Enable patients to see and review forms signed and needs to be signed
Create a way for a provider to sign a form and then send to patient to "sign off" on like the Good Faith exam. Also enable review of forms signed on patient portal.

Make it easier to see patient history, like how many units of botox they has previous appointments or maybe just a way to flip through the old charts instead of having to open and close each one... we need the system to be more user friendly and faster for busy schedules

Adding addendums to completed charts
It should be possible to make edits to charts after being completed, and the edits should be auditable. There should be a larger character limit as well than notes currently allow.

INCOMPLETE NOTES
We are a soap notes required biz.
WE ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH KEEPING TRACK OF PATIENT NOTES AND IF THEY HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.

Currently when you duplicate a chart to make a new one there is only a publish button. I want to save a draft that I'm still working on without publishing it.

Add options to Pin Tool in charting
Add options to Pin Tool in charting. Like using "X" or inputting a word to use instead of numbers. The shape tool is not very user friendly, and the size magnifies uncontrollably when completing a chart

Please make it easier to export client data and forms so that we can use the data for follow-up, sending post-care and pre-care, and day-of-appointment info, and to send emails and texts with suggested skincare products and the suggested treatment plan. As of now, I can't export forms and charts to be able to do these things.

Chart Review in waiting
One location for all authorized providers to be able to review any pending charts rather than having to go by 1 day at a time to review charts that need review. This allows multiple providers to help clear the list at any given time and a push notification to the providers that there is a chart waiting for review pending.
