We’ve found that when clients are asked to complete multiple forms, they often only finish one. This isn’t intentional—it’s usually the result of form fatigue and an overly complicated process.
A simpler solution would make it easy to combine multiple forms into one, add an existing form to another, or copy and move sections between forms. This would reduce repetition, make the experience easier for clients, and save time for staff.
Streamlining forms in this way would lead to higher completion rates, fewer follow-ups, and a smoother, more user-friendly experience overall.

longer characters for dot phrases, more than 1000.
Trying to create a reasonable SOAP note for treatments, when trying to make it detailed for compliance, 1000 characters simply isn't enough. Please extent characters

Chart Review in waiting
One location for all authorized providers to be able to review any pending charts rather than having to go by 1 day at a time to review charts that need review. This allows multiple providers to help clear the list at any given time and a push notification to the providers that there is a chart waiting for review pending.

Forms should be reflected in the patient's account and can be seen every time and not having them fill it out every single time they visit
So we are just new to this software and we have few ideas that we think might help in improving your features.
As for the Forms & Charts, we created Intake Forms for our business and have it filled out by our patients as they check in. Those intake forms are very essential and must only be completed once. My idea would be to have all the completed forms reflect in the patient's account not just on the day they filled it out but in the future appointments as well.2 votes -
form for clients to see after appointment
it would be nice if clients could see forms form a previous appointment. For example we have pre/post care instructions that the client has to sign at the appointment, it would be nice for then to be bale to review it later. or even it it was a form we could manually email or text prior to or after the appointment.

have the name transfer over in forms/charts. I often need to retype name inside of chart- and I have to go back and forth

expiring charts
it would be nice if we can set an expiration date for chart notes like we can for forms. in the medical world we need to complete a good faith exam yearly and place standing orders. it would be nice if we can set the chart note to expire at a year and pop back in to their next appointment as a reminder for compliance. thanks!

Is there a way to have a list of all charts that need review or forms rather than checking day by day...this gets tedious and does not tell me if there is a form i missed for review as the medical director. 215-266-2903 is my direct line for questions or concerns

Add chart note/form without being attached to an appointment
There are times in between office/clinic visits there is a need to add a medical note, without adding it to the general note area on their chart for everyone to read.

Allow more granular form filtering on the schedule view
The schedule view is helpful but missing a key feature for us: The ability to separate forms and charts in the filtering. The main use is to see what forms and charts are not completed, but I cannot separate the two in the filtering.
Looking for which ones are completed fall into two main buckets for us: Before the day starts we see which guests need to complete FORMS.
At the end of the day we see what providers need to complete CHARTS.
The filtering only names "forms" but it looks at both forms and charts. Thus, a person with…

Add options to Pin Tool in charting
Add options to Pin Tool in charting. Like using "X" or inputting a word to use instead of numbers. The shape tool is not very user friendly, and the size magnifies uncontrollably when completing a chart

We would like to suggest adding the ability to chose the font side on charts.
For some users, particularly those who are older or have vision difficulties, the current font size can be difficult to read and may require unnecessary eye strain.

Patient info should carry over on forms
Patient Basic Info... Name, Date of Birth, Address, Email, Phone number, etc once collected in Blvd should auto populate onto new forms so the patient isn't entering those items each time.

Please make it easier to export client data and forms so that we can use the data for follow-up, sending post-care and pre-care, and day-of-appointment info, and to send emails and texts with suggested skincare products and the suggested treatment plan. As of now, I can't export forms and charts to be able to do these things.
