add a pop-up alert with any critical info when opening a patients chart
Add a pop-up alert to charts detailing critical information that providers need to know. Right now any critical info is getting buried in the Allergies, which still requires the provider go look for that information, or put as a scheduling alert which is only seen by the front desk staff and not providers. Risk for error this way is high. For patient safety, there should be a pop-up alert or even a way to pin important info to the top of the chart where it is very obvious for anyone looking at it

Pull information from profile for intake form
When we book a new client and enter all their contact information, the intake form makes the client fill out all of their contact information and address again making for a clunky and tedious experience for them.

In the Forms and Charts tab, add the option to show 'encounter date' and not just 'submitted on' date since some charts might be signed late

Referred by name can be put in by client to automatically give credit instead of staff having to check manually.
Make it that the client can put who referred them in the intake form so you don't have to go back and check and then manually add it.

If a client comes in and states they would like to do the same treatment they did for something in the past it is so easy to look at the history in their chart for a daily post but now using a treatment record it is time consuming to look and find a specific date and treatment. Wondering if the notes in charts can be transferred automatically to the the notes in the patient history to easily see what was done.

Marking up of chart, we should have more ability to "zoom in" and "zoom out" out of picture during the mark up.
When I mark up my charts for my patients, I like to go over where I'm doing things , how much, and why. The current markup doesn't allow for you to scroll in and out easily. Right now, when I go to zoom in, sometimes it will go back to the chart and then I have to press back in. Also, ability to make the markings smaller, especially for the "dot" markers. Email forms that have been completed directly from Boulevard.
Once a client has filled out a consent form, they should be able to view/ have access to the form for liability reasons. to email them a copy of the form we currently have to save as a PDF then email it on a separate tab, it would be a lot easier to email it directly from the boulevard website.

Photo storage on charts
Can you please edit the charting to allow one drop box for multiple photos? Zenoti offered this feature so we could add as many photos as needed on the chart.
