  1. It would be extremely helpful to have a way to identify and filter clients who have opted out of marketing emails and/or text messages. Having this capability would allow me to better manage marketing campaigns, ensure communications are reaching the appropriate audience. I will also make it easier to identify the clients who have not opted in so that we can build our marketing capacity without having to continuously revisit clients who have opted out.

  3. Add the ability to create a new client directly from a text conversation in Messages. When creating the client, any available information from the message thread (such as name, phone number, email, and other identifiable details) should automatically populate the new client profile to reduce manual data entry and streamline lead conversion.

  4. For quick blasts to patients on the fly, the ability to send a mass text to more than one patient at a time. For instance, we get a few cancellations we can send a "first come first serve" text to patients who are on the waitlist all at once instead of individually.

  8. We'd like the ability to create offer codes that are restricted to specific service providers/barbers, not just services or products. This would allow us to:
    • Create promotional codes that only work when booking with specific staff members (like new hires)
    • Run targeted marketing campaigns to drive bookings to particular providers
    • Offer introductory discounts for new team members without affecting other staff bookings
    Currently, offer codes can be restricted by services, audience, dates/times, and locations, but adding provider restrictions would give businesses much more targeted promotional control.

  12. Our clients do not know that they need to go to the manage appointment to complete forms. Everyone that comes in, do not have their forms completed which is time consuming in the spa. I suggest putting a "complete paperwork" button above the manage button in the appointment confirmation text.

  13. I have just recently started using the text marketing feature. I have to be strategic with how often we use it due to cost. Currently it only tracks how many clients have "clicked the link" in the text message. Our clinic needs to know if those clients are actually booking an appointment through the link, not just clicking it. The ability is already there within the automated campaigns. It would be a beneficial update for the blast campaigns to show the same data.

  14. I would love the ability to build automated email sequences that are triggered when a new client books their first appointment.

    Current Limitation:
    Currently, communication is limited and not easily customizable into a strategic sequence. There is no built-in way to nurture new clients leading up to their first visit.

    Why This Matters:
    The time between booking and the first appointment is a huge opportunity to:

    • Build trust and excitement
    • Educate clients on what to expect
    • Increase show rates
    • Pre-frame services and retail recommendations

    Ideal Functionality:

    • Trigger-based email sequence when a first-time client books

  16. Right now, when you visit a client profile, the messages tab just shows messages from whichever location you are currently on in Boulevard. It would be helpful if this included messages from both locations, just like their profiles show upcoming appointments for both locations.

  19. There has to be a way to mark messages as un-read if they are opened. We have providers who use messaging to follow up with pts post treatments. If the front desk accidentally opens up the messages the providers arent able to see the original notification that their patient responded. This is happened all the time and needs to get resolved for continuous patient care.

  20. When a client opts in to receive text messages, automatically send a Welcome SMS that includes a contact card (vCard) so the client can easily save the business’s contact information to their phone.

    Description
    Upon SMS opt-in, clients would receive a one-time welcome message such as:
    “Welcome! Save our contact so you always know it’s us.”

    This message would include an attached or linked contact card containing:

    Business name

    Phone number (call + text)

    Email address

    Physical address

    Website

    Why This Matters

    Improves deliverability: Saved contacts are less likely to be filtered or marked as spam
