  1. Why aren't marketing emails able to be scheduled at your chosen time? When selecting the option, Schedule to launch later, it sends at whatever time it wants. I want to be able to schedule my marketing emails at the time that will be best for our audience and get more engagement. I am really surprised and frustrated that this isn't already an option. I currently have to set a reminder alert in order to launch emails at a peek time, not convenient.

  2. Our previous platform allowed us to send texts or emails at a designated time, for example, 3 days after a select appointment type. This allowed us to send aftercare instruction specific to a treatment. It also allowed us to send an automated text follow up. Need more customized options for sending text and emails.

  4. We have so many clients coming in and sometimes I am away from my desk. I would love some kind of alert on my screen to let me know a walk in or someone who is scheduled has arrived WITHOUT having to go to Front desk to try to figure it out.

  8. I would like to completely move away from Mailchimp and use the email marketing from BLVD. To do so, I would love for more analytics to be added on the backend. I would like to see what was clicked on in the email and then if there were any appointments and how much money came from that appointment. Additionally, I would like to be able to click on the current analytics like unsubscribed and failed, to see what clients these are. Thank you!

  13. Automate emails to go to patients specific to how many days since they had a specific service if they have not rebooked for that service. For example, 90 days post botox, 6 months post vaginal rejuvenation, 15 months post lip filler, etc.
