We NEED to have an option to mark the messages as un-read if opened.
There has to be a way to mark messages as un-read if they are opened. We have providers who use messaging to follow up with pts post treatments. If the front desk accidentally opens up the messages the providers arent able to see the original notification that their patient responded. This is happened all the time and needs to get resolved for continuous patient care.

Ability to specify service for Automated Campaigns
This would allow businesses to differentiate their automated campaigns aimed at retaining clients by specifying audiences by service name / service type. For example, a haircut client should reminded to book sooner than a client who receives a keratin treatments. Similarly, clients who receive facials needs an earlier reminder to book than a client receiving neurotoxins.

Provider-Specific Offer Codes - Restrict discount codes to specific staff members
We'd like the ability to create offer codes that are restricted to specific service providers/barbers, not just services or products. This would allow us to:
• Create promotional codes that only work when booking with specific staff members (like new hires)
• Run targeted marketing campaigns to drive bookings to particular providers
• Offer introductory discounts for new team members without affecting other staff bookings
Currently, offer codes can be restricted by services, audience, dates/times, and locations, but adding provider restrictions would give businesses much more targeted promotional control.4 votes -
allow salon website link in outgoing/away message
Allow salon website booking link in outgoing/away message during off hours. This would be helpful when a client wants to book a service during our off hours while they're trying to message us.

We shouldn't have to scroll down to "send" messages. Fix the code so you can send from the screen as it exists.
This is such an odd feature that's really annoying as well. The "send" button should be available to click without scrolling.

If we get a new client and want them to share a code to get their friends to come in, I don't want them to be able to hand out the code forever. I want the client's code to expire after a certain time frame.

We use text marketing. We like it. We use the lost client text marketing. That text campaign has to be very generic though because it goes out to any and all clients, regardless of what service they are receiving. We were hoping to have a text campaign that is specifically tied to the service that the patient/client received. Example: The lost client campaign is something along the lines of "we haven't seen you in 90 days, click this link to book an appointment now." Customized post-appointment notifications
Ability to create customized poat-appointment client notifications or edit the ones that are already made. Rating appointments through Boulevard is not as helpful as Google/Yelp reviews and few patients will review a business twice through texts.

Schedule emails
Why aren't marketing emails able to be scheduled at your chosen time? When selecting the option, Schedule to launch later, it sends at whatever time it wants. I want to be able to schedule my marketing emails at the time that will be best for our audience and get more engagement. I am really surprised and frustrated that this isn't already an option. I currently have to set a reminder alert in order to launch emails at a peek time, not convenient.

reminder to book for members
Would like to see a marketing feature that will automatically send members a reminder to book based on the type of membership. Each membership will need to be setup in a way the reminder goes out at different time frames.

All for schedule text or email after a specific appointment type.
Our previous platform allowed us to send texts or emails at a designated time, for example, 3 days after a select appointment type. This allowed us to send aftercare instruction specific to a treatment. It also allowed us to send an automated text follow up. Need more customized options for sending text and emails.

It would be great if we could send a google form post appointment for people to fill out? like on the marketing tab could it automatically send a email or text after someone checks out with a link or something like that.
