  1. It would be ideal for each membership type to have the ability to auto apply their discounts when checking the client out. Example: VIP Membership clients receive 10% off injectables and 20% off skin care - having these %’s be auto applied at the time of check out would create many accidental issues with front desk staff forgetting to apply the client’s discounts and having to refund and create a new visit to check the client out again.

  4. Adding in a Wholesaler Feature.
    I have an acne clinic and have my own product line. I offer acne trying for estheticians and purchasing my acne line wholesale for their own acne centers. It would be fantastic if boulevard had a feature to add in whole sale accounts where I can keep track of their reseller permits, Their product purchases, NBe able to sale them 50% off products, and make these purchases tax exempt. As of right now I'm not able to tax exempt my whole sale clients which is a big problem. right now I'm just adding their current…

  7. Allow option to make membership vouchers giftable. This is a great way for members to refer a friend. Currently we use a very clunky work around to make this happen. Also still needing to be able to add products to membership.

  8. Option to remove self check in on the DUO app. Clients often come in and attempt to self check in, but we have a fully staffed front desk and it slows down the work flow for the clients to try and self check in.
    Or we go to check them out and they attempt to check in first, even though they've been checked in. This messes up the check out process. The option to remove this would be so helpful!

  14. It can get complicated when trying to balance out an account with them having to be voided/ checked out in different ways.

    It'd be best if everything in the wallet can be voided/ transferred to credit the same way.

  19. Currently, if a memberships terms change in settings, this only goes into effect for new enrollments going forward. Existing members do not see any change, and their existing agreement is still active. If they should be agreeing to the new terms, the existing membership must be cancelled and then resold. This is not scalable, so it would be helpful to indicate that everyone associated with a membership must agree to the updated terms.

  20. I have patients who originally bought product credits but then will change their minds and want to change it into account credit towards another service. as of right now, there's no way to transfer or change the credit. you have to create an appointment, check out the products, and then create a new product credit.

    it'd be much easier to change it directly into account credit.
