  2. Please allow gift cards of larger amounts to be sold. we have multiple services $500 + and that is the max amount currently able to be sold.

    also, please allow 'walk-ins' or patients who call to purchase a gift card for a friend/family members account.

    scenario: we had a patients daughter call and want to purchase a giftcard for her moms upcoming visit ($1000)

  3. We sell vouchers for individual services. When a person buys a voucher for a massage, but decides to gift it, it is a pain to void that voucher and then create a new voucher for the other person. It's messy and for members that are able to gift some of their membership vouchers as well.

  4. PLEASE allow us to text/email customers their invoices through boulevard. this would be fantastic for those who see a product on social media, and they want to reserve and pay for their product ahead of time when limited stock.

  7. Hi everyone. I’m genuinely looking for insight because we are at a breaking point.

    We are a busy medical spa processing high-dollar transactions daily, and the Boulevard terminal issues have become incredibly disruptive to our operations. There have been multiple instances where the terminal simply won’t process payments at checkout. We ask patients to re-run their card several times, they call their bank while standing at the desk, and the bank doesn’t even see an attempted transaction. It’s embarrassing and it undermines trust at the end of what should be a seamless visit.

  8. I am forever having to scroll and find where I left off when trying to bulk edit inventory or sales or anything. IT IS DRIVING ME BONKERS. I should be able to open the sale or product, make the edit, and return to exactly where I left off. Why in the world is this not a feature? Why am I using Boulevard? I can't send invoices, I can't bulk edit, I can't get inventory alerts, I can't bulk merge clients, I can't get a report on duplicate clients, and okay, I can't do all these things so I'll do them…

  9. The online gift card system in Boulevard appears to be designed around the assumption that users are buying gift cards for themselves, which does not reflect real-world behavior. In practice, almost all gift cards are purchased as gifts for other people, and the current workflow breaks down because of this.

    From the start, the system creates confusion by requiring sign-in and prompting non-account holders to enter “YOUR phone number or YOUR email address,” with no clarity on whether this refers to the purchaser or the intended recipient.   11. It would be beneficial if we were able to adjust a ticket after it has already been closed out. With my previous software, I was able to change providers, services and break up a service if two employees worked on the same person for one service.

  12. If you set up buy one get one 50% off and select the promo code it discounts both items instead of the one that is lessor. It should let us select the item or automatically select the lessor item. It's easy to forget and then it discounts both items.

  15. Duo needs to be able to connect to Professional app/Ipad/Phone. It would be one less step. ALSO, if computer goes down the DUO is pointless!!! Vagaro lets you checkout on ANY device through the main app! So much more streamlined.

  16. It would be great to have more flexibility with vouchers for memberships. For example, if a client gets 1 Classic Facial every month as one of their membership perks, but they want to upgrade to a Hydrafacial, we should be able to book the HF and still apply the classic facial voucher to the service. So that way, whatever the balance is, that is all they would pay for. Finding a work around for this has been challenging and very time consuming.
    Additionally, it would be nice to offer a perk that is only good once, instead of monthly. For…

  17. Too many clicks to make edits on services or products at checkout. The price field is already there. Should be able to click right in it rather than the three dots and dropdown menu.

  18. Currently if a client has a card on file they see the 3% offset fee right away and if they do not have a card on file it doesnt' display until they use their card and then have to confirm. This is not a good look and we would prefer if the fee displayed for everyone and then if it's a debit card where they are not charged the fee it would just drop off.

  19. I make gift card donations often to local organizations. In order to enter the gift card info, serial number and amount. The sale needs to be closed out and the only option I see is 'other'. For accounting purposes when a sales report is pulled, it looks like the gift card amount is charged, though no monies came into the drawer, as it's a donation. What is the best way to zero out the amount owed without changing the card amount at checkout? Maybe this can be an option or if you have a suggestion I'd love to learn more!
