  5. please allow tipping to be customizable. Id like to turn tipping off at the Duo, but allow tips to be manually entered if a client wants to tip. Or have tipping turned off for some services and on for others. I don't like our weight loss and HRT clients being asked to tip

  7. It would speed up the checkout process if a client pays in cash- to be able to enter the amount of cash given to you and have the system show you the cash back to give to the client.

  8. There's no notification that a client's card was declined when ran for their monthly membership, just flags their chart. So if you don't go looking for it, you'll never know their payment wasn't processed. If it notified us, we could reach out to the client sooner to update their card information.

  9. Having the ability to add Packages, Products, Vouchers, Memberships and Gift Cards in the patients profile with out having to process it as a new sale. If a patient is given a free service for future use or wins a give away (something to this extent) it would be nice to be able to go to the patients profile and just add these items to their account. Right now it just shows if they have purchased a package. I believe we can remove these items but we cant "add" anything.

  10. Allow new client creation/sales to be conducted on iPad.
    When selling at community events, we have to bring a laptop, an iPad and the Duo. Each device needs to then have a hotspot and to be fully charged for the event. Why not let us create a new client/sale on the iPad AND use the iPad to checkout? It would eliminate the need for 3 devices.

  12. Currently if a client has a card on file they see the 3% offset fee right away and if they do not have a card on file it doesnt' display until they use their card and then have to confirm. This is not a good look and we would prefer if the fee displayed for everyone and then if it's a debit card where they are not charged the fee it would just drop off.

  13. To improve clarity and transparency for both staff and clients, each account credit in Boulevard (or any POS/accounting system) should be clearly labeled with a specific purpose or category. This ensures that all team members understand exactly what the credit was issued for, how it can be applied, and any limitations tied to it.

    Purpose Labeling

    Each credit should include a short title or label (e.g., Treatment Credit – Laser Hair Removal, Product Return Credit, Referral Bonus Credit, Event Raffle Credit, Membership Perk Credit).

  16. when clients want a copy of all previous payments, they come to us, and the onyl option we have for that is to print off every receipt and fax it to them. emailing receipts is not always the best option for the client. a way to bulk print or see bulk payments would be great.
