  1. Please allow us to see the credit card that was used when a membership was active. Once a membership is in "cancelled" status, you can no longer see what card was used to bill this each month. Sometimes people are just signing up for a different membership or they cancelled for a month r two. When we go in to sign them back up we can see what card was used in the past.

  2. It would be nice to be able to adjust a booking's client/name. As of now, having to cancel the booking, then rebook takes too much time at check in or check out, the guest typically has to wait, creating a bad experience.

  3. Please allow for us to require provider selection when selling product in the register. It's hard to remember to do this at checkout and we're having to manually adjust sales to properly award product commission.

  4. It would be great to be able to create essentially an "order set" when we have a typical group of products we sell as a package that we can edit. Like if I type in "pre-treatment kit" it automatically adds all the products contained in that kit to checkout. But the ability to edit once they're added is helpful in case, say, I swap out one cleanser for another.

  5. Ability to set higher number of attempts for renewing memberships. Currently, the system will try to charge the client 3 days after the failed renewal, and again 3 days following that. Having the ability to modify this cadence and total number of attempts would allow businesses to automate how the system tries to resolve failed payments.

  7. We need to be able to select 'custom payment type' with $0.00 as the total.

    Currently, the only way to get to 'custom' or 'other' payment type is to enter a dollar amount.

    When we have Groupon customers (or Cherry or other) we do not know the exact $ amount at checkout.

    It depends on the fee and sales and other factors by the 3rd party.
    BUT not having the access to the 'other' payment option with a zero dollar total makes all these transactions hard to track.

  8. When in the room with a client discussing add-ons and price, it would be so helpful if we could see if they have account credit or vouchers available to apply to the service. This would make providing quotes on the fly so much easier. We currently use a paper "ticket" that the front desk creates and hands to the service provider.
