  4. Allow for more than one staff member to be assigned to a membership sale. This would allow for multiple individual to receive credit for selling a membership to a client.

  6. When checking customers out, we don't see the items broken down in a list, but instead subtotaled all together. It's helpful for them to see how much each individual product costs, rather than the total of all the products.

  7. Currently, if a new client doesn't use their referral code on their first appointment's order (for example, if there's a separate new client offer they want to use first), the code doesn't appear as usable on a later order, since it's only fixed to the first appointment.
    Instead, the discount must be manually added but then doesn't apply towards referral program reporting.

    It would be great to be able to have that offer code still available in the dropdown for that client as long as they have not yet used it.

  12. Split merchant processing to allow for franchise royalties to be deducted directly from franchisees' transactions and sent to the franchisor's account, while sending the remainder to the franchisee's merchant account.

  13. Currently, the membership fee collected is counted as sales, and when the same credit is redeemed, it is reported as a separate sale. It essentially counts the same sales twice. This is grossly incorrect, for both legal and accounting purposes. Please consult with your tax advisor and consider correcting the platform as soon as possible. Thank you.

  16. I would like to see on the back end an option to create vouchers that can be applied to client's accounts at will by certain permission groups. This would be useful for specials and such. Currently, vouchers are only in Packages and Memberships. Also, I would love if vouchers could be applicable for products, not just services.

  17. On the Sales Orders, show breakdown of what was paid by the Client more clearly vs just the overall total of the entire Order. Ex. What they were charged and exactly what for, especially when using a Package/Membership.

  18. When a member pays for themselves and a guest in one invoice, currently any member discounts (automatic offer codes for example) auto-apply to their guest as well. We would love to customize this, as many of these discounts are not intended to be shared with guests.
