  3. Hi there -
    Discussed yesterday on 11/5/25 - that our practice does not have a the Client Visit Frequency Report Available in our Reporting. We also need to be able to filter clients through tags added to their Client Profile (NOT the appointment itself) to be able to track different plans of care needed for that type of patient.

    For example, when a patient has a tag that states "Rehab", we need a report that will generate for that type of patient only (but can filter through multiple tags) and show how many visits per week they are coming in,…

  7. It would be great for client vouchers and packages that they have remaining on their account to show up on their appointment and profile on the Boulevard Professional App. Our medical staff uses the ipads for charts and in appointments, but this info isn't available to see on the professional app for them to see. We can only see this info via the website

  9. employees should be able to see quickly and easily if they have serviced that particular client. currently the mobile app forces you to select each appointment that the client has had to see who serviced them. their main client profile page should immediately show appointment details beause that is the reason we are clicking on the clients profile the most- to view history. it should show say the date of their appointment, the type of appointment, and who it was with so that employees know if they are new to servicing them or if they are a repeat or return…

  12. Feature Request: Toggle On/Off for Image Mark-Ups

    Enable the ability to toggle image mark-ups (annotations such as Botox units, injection sites, treatment notes, etc.) on and off when displaying before-and-after photos.

    Currently, when patients view before-and-after images, the photos often contain visible mark-ups showing treatment notes, units, or injection sites. While useful for clinical or internal purposes, these mark-ups distract patients and take away from the emotional impact of the transformation. Patients want to see a clean, side-by-side comparison of results without overlays interfering with their perception of beauty and outcome.

  13. I just went to make a list of clients who recently saw a staff member who left last week so I could reach out to some of them for retention purposes. I was slightly surprised (but not overly surprised) that only active staff members are listed in the filter options.

    It continues to frustrate me that previous staff members are completely erased from the history of the business when they are deactivated. Just because they aren't an active employee doesn't mean that they didn't perform services, have days on the schedule, and see guests.

    PLEASE keep deactivated staff members available…

  14. It would be helpful is the notes on the waiting list were visible without opening the specific wait-list entry. It creates a lot of extra steps (and time) when trying to fill a spot (before it gets filled online, or by another employee)

We manually create our own google review request each day (because the review request on boulevard makes it more difficult for us to attain google reviews) but we have to create a new audience every day because there is currently not a filter that shows clients who had appointments today - can we add that as a filter?

  16. the photo consent form is awesome, however it would be more awesome to have a spot in the client profile that links to their consent that tells us if they consented or not. instead of having to go though all forms to see what they have consented to. very annoying for med spas, as before and after photos are a large part of our marketing.

  20. It would be very helpful to have a place to manage members of memberships. For example, being able to pull active membership reports that show each member etc. Currently I am unaware of any way to do this.
