make new charts available outside of appointments
enable a way to add a new chart outside of an appointment for any possible contraindications or adverse reactions that happen between appointments, that we need to keep track of.

This is Vital, for us to keep a timeline of communication and track anything that comes up in regards to a treatment between appointments in order to protect ourselves and the client.
