Pt hasn't gotten X in Y amount of time
There's currently no option that I can find to see what patients havent had a certain treatment or bought retail products in a certain amount of time.
It only allows you to see who bought or didn't buy a treatment and filter by their last appointment.
For instance, if a patient got Sculptra 18mo ago but comes in regularly for Botox, I can't filter that patient into a list that says they haven't gotten sculptra in the last year.
This is a huge opportunity for patient reactivation that we're missing from the current functionality.
