Agreed. Most patient's don't want to leave another review after already leaving a review and they don't realize that the first one they leave is only internal, which doesn't really help us much in terms of building visibility with our reviews on google.

All membership perks and discounts should be automatically added at checkout. For example, if my membership includes $1 off per unit of Botox and my regular price is $13/unit, when I ring up a patient, it should automatically ring up as $12/unit. That's how it was on my previous system and it made things sooo much faster.

This seems like a pretty important part of having a membership program. The discounts that we input when we set up for the memberships should be automatically applied to any members at check out. Seem like a pretty big obvious oversight in introducing memberships to the system.

This would be very very helpful, especially because if a patient ever has a complication or non-response to treatment, the suppliers always want to know the lot numbers so they can track AEs and replace the product for us if needed.

Completely agree! It's nice in theory to keep bad reviews internal, but I've had a huge drop in Google reviews since switching to BLVD because most patients don't follow the prompt to leave another review on Google, not realizing the one they leave is internal.
