WHAT IT IS:
Utilization (booked hours / available hours) shown as a permanent, always-on fixture directly on the calendar: a percentage next to each provider/resource name plus a practice-level rollup for the day, updating dynamically as appointments move on and off the book. Needed at clinic and individual-provider level, historical and forward-looking.

USE CASE:
Managers treat the calendar as their scheduling and labor-management tool. Seeing utilization live on the book (not in a report) lets them read the shape of the day (e.g., fully booked morning, empty afternoon) and decide where to add or cut shifts, which provider to book a client with, and when they're turning patients away.
