USE CASE:
Alpha currently uses a secure messaging tool through Nextech and would like a similar experience in BLVD, or at least not have to get another tool to enable messaging for their nurses.

Product update (Richie Krauss, 7/20): committed on the roadmap, but might not be delivered until end of Q3; up to GTM when it can be shared. Product would like to understand the prospect's expectations before building.

Claire Gordon (7/20): Alpha is in the demo phase and she doesn't want secure messaging to become a central focus of the sales process; she will weave in messaging discovery on existing calls rather than set up a dedicated conversation.
