Granular data for membership payments and past due
Businesses need more detailed payment decline data, specifically the ability to see card type (e.g., Apple Pay, HSA/FSA, credit, debit) and transaction/entry method (tap, manual entry, insert/swipe) alongside each decline reason either in their Snowflake Data Share or within their Memberships Past Due report so their team can properly triage the past due reasons, identify trends in their payment decline data, and provide coaching to their team to mitigate avoidable declines.
