Cards held on file for policy agreements
We have come into several issues with no show or late cancellation appointments and when we go to run the card we require to have on file, we have to enter the zip code?? They already put all of that information in when we took the card to reserve the appointment in the first place. This makes things incredibly awkward and not conducive to back an agreed fee for late cancellations/no shows.
