Clients have reported that they do not have the immediate pop-up in their email confirmation to add their appointment to their digital calendar. This has been particularly prevalent in iPhone users. When the appointment does not immediately transfer to their calendar, clients are more susceptible to forgetting or not marking down their appointment information.
