Allow Manual Refreshing of Reports or Provide Real-Time Sales Data
As a salon owner, I would love the ability to manually refresh our reporting dashboard so we can see accurate sales figures at the end of each business day.
Currently, reports can go several hours without updating. For example, today our reports refreshed at 3:45 PM and didn’t update again until 7:18 PM. This happens in both the old and new reporting systems.
Being able to see our daily sales in real time seems like an essential feature of any business management software. We shouldn’t have to wait hours after closing to know how our business performed that day.
I’d love to see Boulevard prioritize real-time reporting or, at the very least, introduce a manual refresh option so business owners can access accurate numbers when they need them.

This is the biggest failing in the new reporting system. The old Summaries were real time and were very useful. Even having a selection of specific reports that are real time would be helpful. But not having anything that is completely up to date is a problem.
