Adjust Appointment Length at Checkout for Accurate Utilization Tracking
Have the appointment duration automatically update based on the client’s checkout time, so the schedule reflects the actual time the provider spent with the client. This would improve schedule utilization and appointment-length tracking without requiring staff to manually adjust anything.
