Make utilization for service providers only, exclude non service providers
Utilization currently includes non service providers, which makes the stat inaccurate. Please remove non service providers from the utilization stat since they do not complete services and end up with a 0% utilization, which makes your utilization stat on the new dashboard incorrect. Why would they be included in the utilization score?
