all in one lead integration & messaging platform
I'd like to see the ability to manage all communications & leads from one platform. Text messages, instagram messages, facebook messages, webchat, missed calls, etc. Something similar to Podium. Podium basically copied your EMR and is now marketing a comprehensive all in one solution. They are actively poaching BLVD clients and are having lots of success.
Furthermore, if BLVD also integrated reports into this all in one communication/lead platform, BLVD would have a huge leg up on all like kind systems. Being able to determine lead sources, conversion rates, cost per click etc would be extremely beneficial especially as an all in one solution.
