Extend Session Log Out Window Options
While I appreciate the platform's focus on security, I would like to suggest adjusting the session logout cadence. Extending it to a longer window (e.g., weekly or every 30 days) or allowing account administrators to configure it directly would be much more effective. Daily desktop logouts are redundant since our devices are already secured with passwords and biometrics (FaceID, TouchID).
Requiring daily logins creates a single point of failure; if 2FA goes down, we risk losing access to our schedule, patient communications, and payment processing.
Please reconsider these protocols and consider allowing account admins to set their preferred security levels.
