Adjust scheduling rules (AKA online booking rules) per service and per staff member
Each service and each staff member should be able to have their own set of scheduling rules applied to it. For example, only having certain services be available to book online for same-day appointments, or only certain staff members. Should be able to change how far in advance someone can book online for each service and for each staff member.
