Make having a cc on file required when booking an appointment on the dashboard, and have a checkbox to bypass it.
Have a CC be required for any new client/appointment. Have a button to bypass, but make it something someone booking the appt must actively do. Must also be able to turn off on the back end for certain (existing) clients.
