Textable box for intake form: forums and charts that clients do put in a name of the person who referred them.
We'd like another option on the part of the intake form where it asks about referrals, with a textable window where somebody could put in a client's name or how they heard about us if it is not something we already have in there as a clickable advertising referral partner.
