When creating a service there should be a button on that page to link with an existing intake form.
When creating new monthly "specials" it's easy to forget to link the intake forms necessary for the since its on a completely different tab in the settings menu. It would be nice to have a "add an existing intake form" box/drop down selection on the newly created service so it is not missed.
