Forms current setup doesn't work for our business model
We have multiple people booking the same service at one time. Each client needs to complete an intake form originally with a repeat guest form each subsequent time they come in. We need to be able to differentiate the forms and be able to send manually. Additionally, we have a main booker who can add guests to service without their phone number. We need to be able to send the forms to additional guests with "guest" profiles, have them complete the forms and have that information populate with their profile so they can check in on the guest interface app.
