I'd love to see locations have the ability to manage Precision Scheduling settings directly within the dashboard, rather than contacting Support for every adjustment.

It would also be incredibly helpful if these settings could be customized per employee, instead of only at the location level. Every provider may have different schedules, appointment cadences, and booking preferences. For example, one provider may only want online bookings at fixed appointment times, while another may prefer more flexibility.

Giving locations the ability to adjust settings such as Optimization Level, First Available, preferred appointment times, and Group Booking preferences for each provider would make online booking much more customizable and better reflect how each business operates.

This would give salons the flexibility to optimize their schedules as their needs evolve without relying on Support for every change.
