Forms with Expiration Date showing up if tied to a service
If a form with an expiration date is tied to a service and has previously been filled out, it would be very helpful to be able to see that form (and it's expiration date) along with the others in the appointment.This way we would not have to click out of the appointment, go into patient chart, old forms and look that way. For example, our Medical History Form is set to once per year however I still want to easily be able to look at it, review it, and make edits if needed with each visit. Thank you
