connected box for date/day of treatment
It would be super helpful to have a "connected field" for the date/day of treatment. As of now, there is none and the chart gets timestamped with the date of submission rather with no record inside the chart of what day the treatment was. If we could build in a connected filed for "date" that would solve the problem.
