Adding a prominent "Return to Business Website" button or link within the booking flow.
Currently, when a client clicks "Book Now" on a business's website, they're taken to the separate Boulevard booking page. Once they're there, it's not easy to get back to the business's website if they want to browse services, read about staff, check policies, purchase products, or find other information. This creates a disconnected experience.
It would be great if Boulevard could offer an option for businesses to keep the booking experience more integrated with their website. Some ideas include:
Opening the booking page in a new tab so the business website stays open.
Adding a prominent "Return to Business Website" button or link within the booking flow.
Offering an embedded booking experience that allows clients to remain on the business's website throughout the booking process.
Keeping clients connected to the business's website would create a smoother user experience and could encourage them to continue exploring the business before or after booking.

Right now, the client portal logo only links back to the website after a client logs in. This feels a bit backward from a user experience perspective.
Most clients expect to:
Visit the website first
Then choose to book or log into the portal
A smoother flow would be:
Website (entry point)
Client portal (account management)
Booking (action step)
Currently, the logo link only works post-login, which limits that natural navigation path. Improving this would make the experience feel more intuitive and aligned with how clients typically browse before booking.
