Individual Appointment Time Client Reminders
Clients should receive appointment reminders/confirmation texts & emails 24 hours before THEIR scheduled appointment time (or however many hours a business states in their cancellation policy). Boulevard sends out batch notifications and 5:30pm the day before a scheduled appointment. This is unintuitive for clients who want to self manage an appointment. Please change this feature!
