Tracking Prescribed Visits
I need to be able to track visits. For example, a client is prescribed 12 visits of physical therapy by their physician OR they have 10 visits that have to be used within 30 days (whichever come first). I need to be able to track that and know when a client is running out of visits. Vouchers won't work because this isn't something that people will prepay for. They would pay for each visit individually.
