Keep Cancellations on visual schedule
be able to keep canceled appointments on schedule but be greyed out/crossed out so new appointments can book. Just so there is better visual representation of what happened that day and so it does not disappear off the schedule

only for late cancels.....we acutally put a block post late cancel saying so and so was here for our records.
